BOOM! Elon Musk Drops Suspension Hammer On Kathy Griffin After Twitter Impersonation Tirade

On Sunday, Award-winning actress and Liberal advocate Kathy Griffin poked fun at Twitter Owner Elon Musk too much on Twitter which led to her account being temporarily suspended. Griffin impersonated Musk for a whole day before her account was threatened with permanent suspension.

Many liberals are clearly upset with the Tesla CEO now being “Chief Twit” and are voicing their frustration on his platform. Kathy took this practice a little too far Sunday as she changed the display name on Twitter to Elon Musk.

Griffin then went on to tweet many pro-progressive tweets to try and impersonate the Billionaire. Here are some examples of her tweets.

“After much spirited discussion with the females in my life, I’ve decided that voting blue for their choice is only right. (They’re also sexy females, btw.) #VoteBlueToProtectWomen“

“I must admit, when the Republicans come for our birth control, I’m going to have more kids than even I can handle! So for my daughters and girlfriends. #VoteBlueToProtectWomen“

“This Beto guys is pretty cool, after all. Greg Abbott does not want to legalize cannabis. Beto likes weed! #voteblue“

This is when the Twitter team intervened and suspended Griffin’s accounts. Musk was forced to release a statement about impersonating accounts going forward, he tweeted:

“Going forward, any Twitter handles engaging in impersonation without clearly specifying ‘parody’ will be permanently suspended,” he wrote Sunday night.

“Previously, we issued a warning before suspension, but now that we are rolling out widespread verification, there will be no warning. This will be clearly identified as a condition for signing up to Twitter Blue.”

After twitter backlash, Musk then spoke to Griffins supports directly in a series of tweets saying,

“Actually, she was suspended for impersonating a comedian,”

“But if she really wants her account back, she can have it … “

“For $8.”

Griffin sunk back onto Twitter through her deceased mother’s account to voice her frustration at the “a–hole” Elon Musk.

She then tweeted “Look, please do a better job running this company. It used to mean something. This is KG btw.”
