BREAKING: 17 Year-Old Texan Uses the Second Amendment to Defend Home Against Armed Invaders With Bad Intentions

A 17-year-old Texan defended his home when three armed men broke into his residence with bad intentions.

Only one of the intruders made it out alive as one of the young men shot two with a shotgun.

The incident occurred in Harris County at 10:40 p.m. on Friday, according to police. Deputies arrived at a call in the 16000 block of First Street in Channelview, Texas.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez explained that the 17-year-old shot multiple times and hit two of the invaders. After the police arrived, the two criminals shot were unresponsive from their gunshot wounds, and the emergency management personnel pronounced them dead.

Homicide units showed up at the scene to conduct an investigation. The home was occupied by two 17-year-old males, a 12-year-old boy, and one adult female.

One of the older boys grabbed a shotgun when he heard the break-in. The other suspect fled the scene and drove off in a dark colored four-door sedan. The four people in the house during the break-in were unharmed.

The district attorney’s office of Harris County has recommended that this case be presented to a Harris County Grand Jury, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

As of now, the investigation is ongoing, and the third suspect has not been located.

Gonzalez tweeted, “The case will be presented to a grand jury. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is urged to contact the HCSO Homicide Unit at 713-274-9100.”

According to ABC13 Houston:

ABC13 obtained surveillance footage showing four suspects arriving and parking next door to the home. Nearly two minutes later, two suspects run back to the car before driving off.

Upon arrival, deputies said they located two men with apparent gunshot wounds on the lawn along the side of a residence. The two other suspects were found on the lawn along the house and were pronounced dead, according to Gonzalez.

A woman, a 12-year-old boy, and two 17-year-old men were inside the home during the attempted home invasion but were not injured, Gonzalez said. Deputies said one of the 17-year-olds retrieved a shotgun and discharged it several times, striking the two intruders.

A neighbor in the area showed ABC13 their house and car riddled with a least nine bullet holes. There were no other reported injuries. This is an ongoing investigation.
