On Tuesday, Twitter owner and CEO Elon Musk called out former Democratic Nominee for President Hilary Clinton’s legal counsel for their “attempt to corrupt a presidential election” as he drops them from working with Twitter.
Filmmaker Amanda Milius recently produced a movie called “The Plot Against The President” where she looked through the lens of congressman Devin Nunes in his investigation of how the Democrats planned to take down Former President Donald Trump.
Milius tweeted a video of a reporter appearing on Real Americas Voice, exposing Twitter’s use of the Democrat’s law firm Perkins Coie, as their outside counsel.
“There’s a lot more to full transparency just re Russiagate than getting rid of Baker but it’s a big step. See vids & you’ll understand why it’s not being posted by Kash on Twitter. “If Perkins Coie is @elonmusk Twitter’s outside counsel this isn’t remotely enough:”
Elon Musk was forced to respond and clarify the situation saying: “Twitter isn’t using Perkins Coie. No company should use them until they make amends for Sussman’s attempt to corrupt a Presidential election,” Musk responded.
This claim from Musk did not go unchecked though, as Senior Editor at the Epoch Times Jan Jekielek responded to Musk’s tweet, “Elon, Kash & I looked through court filings for our upcoming @KashsCorner that show that Perkins Coie acting on Twitter’s behalf as recently as Dec 6, and in multiple cases. I’m concerned someone has misled you.”
Twitter isn’t using Perkins Coie. No company should use them until they make amends for Sussman’s attempt to corrupt a Presidential election.

To which the honesty was well received as Milius tweeted, “That’s great, make sure they don’t worm back in. Baker types leave behind moles, do anything keep claws in. All roads lead back to Russigate, Kash is the foremost expert on PC, Fusion & friends in gov. But good to hear, you do earn the sword for two weeks at least.”
Michael Sussman, a defamed lawyer who attempted to expose a Trump-Russia connection formerly was employed by Perkins Coie. Sussmann was acquitted of lying to the FBI about his motivations.
Perkins Coie is also renowned for its work with Google. Just last week Reuters announced the law firm will be defending Google in its lawsuit against the RNC. The Republican National Committee is suing Google for reportedly sending its emails to its users’ spam folders.
