On Saturday, a federal Judge ordered the Chief Medical Advisor to the President Dr. Anthony Fauci and others like Former Press Secretary Jen Psaki to testify in front of Congress in regards to the recent accusations of the federal government colluding with big tech on the handling of COVID-19.
This comes as the District Court Judge ordered Fauci and other Biden administration officials be removed from office for these same crimes. U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty who made this decision explains his decision in a statement:
“Plaintiffs argue that even if Dr. Fauci can prove he never communicated with social-media platforms about censorship, there are compelling reasons that suggest Dr. Fauci has acted through intermediaries, and acted on behalf of others, in procuring the social-media censorship of credible scientific opinions,” Doughty wrote.
“Plaintiffs argue that even if Dr. Fauci acted indirectly or as an intermediary on behalf of others, it is still relevant to Plaintiffs’ preliminary injunction motion. The Court agrees.”
The lawsuit started in Missouri and Louisiana where their attorney generals alleged the federal government worked with private media companies to twist the perception of conservative sided stories.

The focus of the lawsuit was on stories like COVID-19, Hunter Biden’s Laptop, and the election’s security. Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt released a statement saying:
“After finding documentation of a collusive relationship between the Biden Administration and social media companies to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath,” Schmitt said.
“It is high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise and force these officials to come clean to the American people, and this ruling will allow us to do just that. We’ll keep pressing for the truth.”
“What we’ve uncovered so far is at least 45 folks from the Biden administration were in constant communication with these social media platforms to censor and suppress speech, had weekly calls, censorship calls, and these social media platforms were changing terms of service to deplatform folks,” Schmitt continued.
“In addition to that, you literally had a high-ranking Facebook official texting the surgeon general of the United States saying, ‘Hey, we did what you ask, what more can we do?’”
In an attempt to salvage his image, Fauci recently appeared in an interview with ABC news where he made the surprising claim he had “nothing to do” with schools closing.
“They always come back and say ‘Fauci was responsible for closing schools.’ I had nothing to do [with it]. I mean, let’s get down to the facts.”
