BREAKING: House Oversight Committee to Investigate ‘Secret Oil Deal’ Between Biden and Saudi Arabia Before Midterms

On Sunday, Republican leadership in the House Oversight Committee started requesting information from all the major government agencies to investigate a potential secret deal between the Biden White House and Saudi Arabia.

GOP members believe that a meeting between Biden and Saudi leadership supported oil production for the months leading up to this November’s midterms so the country would look more favorably upon this administration.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) of the House Oversight Committee sent letters to the following federal agencies for information linked to this accusation: The State Department, the Department of Energy, and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

“This Committee has a responsibility to uncover the facts surrounding any backdoor deals cut by President Biden or his emissaries. The President is choosing foreign sources over domestic source — all for political purposes,” Comer wrote to Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

“If his Administration is engaging in backdoor market manipulations with adversarial nations while jeopardizing our national security for the sake of securing more favorable election conditions for Democrats, the American people have a right to know,” the letter said.

This report is connected to the fluctuation of gas prices and oil received from Saudi Arabia both before and after the midterm election. The Saudi government would reportedly accelerate oil production starting in September to gain public favor. This agreement was discussed in May and June of this year.

Now the middle eastern oil giant has rescinded a large quantity of the oil that it has typically provided us in months past, again rising gas prices. In response, the Biden administration threatened to remove the military support they provide the country and pull out of their relationship.

Comer’s most powerful statement said this “raises further questions regarding the Administration’s motives related to domestic energy suppression, covert market manipulation disguised as diplomacy, and lack of transparency leading up to the November elections.”

The implication of the Biden administration’s energy dealings goes far past the gas pump. This standoff between Russia and Saudi energy sources and foreign resource dealings is a considerable fear of supporting a possible recession the American people have feared for a year now.

If true, this secret deal is one of the most important investigations of this newly elected Republican House.
