On Sunday, former Covington High School student Nicholas Sandmann requested the new Head of Twitter Elon Musk to release files associated with the negative liberal media storm from his viral video.
Sandmann’s viral moment took over the country when in 2019 he had a standoff with a protester at the March for Life Rally. After the event, Sandmann received thousands of death threats from social media.
The teenager later sued the media outlets for their unfair coverage of the story, portraying him in a very negative light. Now that Musk is exposing the media’s deception, Sandmann is requesting insight into his own case.
The “Twitter Files” Musk released this week show internal communications between Twitter employees and the Biden administration where they strategically change information displayed to the public, most notably with the New York Posts Hunter Biden Laptop story.
“As I’m watching this all play out, I’m wondering if @elonmusk has any hidden Twitter files relating to what went on here. Let’s be clear: under the watch of @vijaya they allowed these illegal threats when I was 16 years old.”

Sandmann was asking assistance from the Tesla billionaire to look into two verified accounts that made disgusting death threats to the young “MAGA hat kid” as he was known. These accounts posted some vial text and images but were never banned from the platform.
The Twitter user “ALX” supported Sandmann with more information, citing Joe Rogan’s podcast where former Head of Legal at Twitter Vijaya Gadde addressed these accounts. ALX explained:
“And the users that posted illegal threats of violence against then 16-year-old @N1ckSandmann weren’t even banned, they were locked out because Vijaya claimed permanent suspensions were rare… Nick deserves the truth @ElonMusk”
REMINDER: Twitter allows these two Verified accounts to remain on the platform after making Death Threats against me and my classmates.
This not only against their rules, it’s illegal.
But they banned @ALX for nothing.
Why is this ok?

Musk has teased multiple chapters to the “Twitter Files” indicating this groundbreaking story of media deception goes far deeper than the initial story of the Hunter Biden Laptop’s suppression.
It is noteworthy that many of the media outlets Sandmann sued settled out of court for the defamation of a teenager.
