The latest report from The New York Post reveals that for the past 19 months Facebook has been spying on the private messages of its American users and reporting them to their allies in the FBI for expressing dissidents against the Biden administration or questioning the 2020 election.
Sources within the Justice Department are alleging that Facebook is targeting private messages of critics of the Biden regime. People who do not accept the Democrat party narrative and question the legitimacy of the 2020 election.
The FBI allegedly has a “domestic terrorism operational unit” in Washington D.C. As a part of its operation, Facebook employees are red-flagging private messages from American users who have been critical of the Biden administration. All this is done without a judicial subpoena.
A source revealed to the Post, “It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause. Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.”
If true, the process violates all constitutional protections, and the FBI along with Facebook could face serious legal consequences. The Post source reveals that Facebook employees are sharing users’ private messages as “leads” to FBI field offices around the country. After getting these “leads” the field offices request a subpoena from their partners in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in their district for obtaining private conversations of thought criminals which they already had in possession.
When the suspected Facebook users were investigated, it was found that none of them were involved with anything criminal or violent, and “it was all a waste of our time,” according to a Post source.
The users red-flagged as potential “terrorists” by Facebook and the FBI were all “conservative, right-wing individuals” according to a source. “They were gun-toting, red-blooded Americans [who were] angry after the election and shooting off their mouths and talking about staging protests. There was nothing criminal, nothing about violence or massacring or assassinating anyone.”
The source continued saying “As soon as a subpoena was requested, within an hour, Facebook sent back gigabytes of data and photos. It was ready to go. They were just waiting for that legal process so they could send it.”
