HUGE WIN: Barack Obama’s Brother Endorses GOP Candidate; ‘If He’s With President Trump Then I’m With Him!’

Kenyan-American philanthropist and the older brother of former President Barack Obama recently endorsed Republican Pennsylvania Gubernatorial candidate, Doug Mastriano.

“If he’s with President Trump then I’m with @dougmastriano Pennsylvania Senator PA District 33,” Obama said in response to a tweet posted by conservative commentator Jack Posobiec.

Former President Trump has endorsed Mastriano since the Republican primary race for the governor’s race earlier this year. He said, there is “no one in Pennsylvania who has done more, or fought harder, for election integrity than state Senator Doug Mastriano,” at the time of his endorsement.

Mastriano is an America First, Pro-Trump Republican who is well known for supporting conservative values. He is an Afghanistan and Iraq vet running against Democrat challenger, the state Attorney General, Josh Shapiro in this Pennsylvania gubernatorial race.

This is not the first time that Malik Obama has publicly supported a Republican candidate. His support for his own brother’s opposition started back in 2016 when he traveled from Kenya to vote for then-candidate Donald Trump. He was formally a registered Democrat in Maryland but is supporting former President Trump and his pro-America policies ever since his announcement for the presidency.

“I like Donald Trump because he speaks from the heart,” Malik Obama told the New York Post from his home in the village of Kogelo. “Make America Great Again is a great slogan. I would like to meet him,” he said.

He also touted Trump as being a “down-to-earth kind of person” who “approaches issues directly and does not mince his words,” in his interview with the post.

In the same interview, Malik also criticized Hillary Clinton and expressed his disappointment in the FBI for not prosecuting the Democratic candidate for famously using a private email server for official communication while serving as Obama’s Secretary of State.

He was even interviewed with Fox News host Sean Hannity in 2016 and announced his voting decision and support for then-candidate Trump.

“He built a fantastic business empire, and I don’t see why he can’t do that for the country.” Malik told Hannity. “The Republican Party is the party of Lincoln. Lincoln freed the slaves.”

Malik Obama revealed earlier this year that he has not spoken with his brother, and former President Barack Obama since 2015 after expressing differing political views.
