Twitter officially unbanned two major medical professionals from the platform, after they were silenced for their views on the COVID-19 pandemic. Vaccine researcher Dr. Robert Malone and cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough have announced their return to the app.
Malone is a mRNA vaccine researcher that voiced that the vaccines were harmful. He was removed from Twitter after this post for apparently violating the social media site’s policy on COVID-19 misinformation.
While no one knows the exact tweet that got him banned, one of his last posts was “The Pfizer Inoculations For COVID-19 – More Harm Than Good – VIDEO.” This was posted on Dec. 29, 2021, and Dr. Malone was banned two days later.

“Pfizer 6 month data which shows that Pfizer’s COVID-19 inoculations cause more illness than they prevent. Plus, an overview of the Pfizer trial flaws in both design and execution,” a description of the video read.
Malone’s appearance on the Joe Rogan’s Experience podcast and YouTube followed suit with censorship of their own. In the interview with Rogan, Malone discussed vaccines and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough was banned two months earlier for the same reason. Dr. McCullough voiced his opinion on the efficacy and safety of the COVID-19 vaccine, detailing side effects and specific medical issues with the vaccine.

“Alright everyone, I am back on Twitter! Let’s see my verification and completely uncensored, no unfollow programs, no bots assigned to me, and absolutely no shadow-banning,” he wrote on Twitter. “Let the world hear the medical truth (98% want it) on the pandemic and more!”
“Since Twitter struck me down, I have come back even more powerful, more than @elonmusk can ever know! Let’s join forces to break the psychological-pathological spell of the bio-pharmaceutical complex and get the world back on its axis!” he continued.
This comes as a follow-up to the sweeping reinstatements Twitter Owner and CEO Elon Musk has been making including Former President Donald Trump. Musk reinstated multiple other Twitter accounts of major political figures like Kathy Griffin, Jordan Peterson, and Babylon Bee.
