On Monday, Giorgia Meloni, leader of the Brothers of Italy party that won the most votes in Italy’s national election, started preparations to become the country’s first female Prime Minister. The country and people across the world fear she is the start of a conservative movement.
“Italians have sent a clear message in favor of a right-wing government led by Brothers of Italy,” she told reporters, holding up a sign saying “Thank you Italy.”
The Brothers of Italy are a party described by Breitbart as built on opposition to gender ideology and the LGBT lobby alongside support for strong borders and an end to limitless mass migration.
The office of Meloni’s with the clear message of declaring “We defend God, country, and family.”
Politico White House Bureau Chief Jonathan Lemire claimed to Fox News that the election of a “far-right” new Italian Prime Minister was met with “deep, if private, worry within President Joe Biden’s administration.”

In his Monday report, titled, “White House anxiously watches Meloni’s rise to power, Lemire added to the concern the mainstream media has been voicing over Meloni’s election, concern which has included comparisons of the new government to the fascist Mussolini regime.”
He opened the piece, stating, “The earthquake in Italy has sent tremors that could be felt in the White House. The victory of Italian far-right leader Giorgia Meloni rattled Europe, furthering fears about a new right-wing shift on the continent as it battles economic hardship and nervously watches a raging war on its Eastern flank.”
U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz expressed his support as he retweeted a video of Meloni. In that clip, the Italian vowed to “defend God, country, and family.”
“If we are called to govern this nation, we will do it for everyone, we will do it for all Italians and we will do it with the aim of uniting the people,” Meloni said. “Italy chose us. We will not betray it as we never have.”
Liberal media has swirled, declaring the new leader a fascist. Articles of her connection to Mussolini are plentiful as we await her move into power.
