Whoopi Goldberg is no stranger from issuing harsh comments towards members of the Republican party, and once again she unleashed her tongue while Ted Cruz made an appearance on “The View.”
In the past the co-host of “The View,” made defamatory comments towards Kyle Rittenhouse following his acquittal saying, “He saw someone get shot. He thought he was doing the right thing,” Goldberg said. “So, even – even all the excuses in the world does not change the fact that three people got shot. Two people were murdered. To me it’s murder. I’m sorry.”
In response to these comments Rittenhouse started a project to force members of the media to take responsibility for their claims and the impact they have.
While talking with Tucker Carlson, Rittenhouse said “Me and my team have decided to launch The Media Accountability Project as a tool to help fundraise and hold the media accountable for the lies they said and deal with them in court.”
When asked about who Rittenhouse was targeting with his own lawsuits he said, “Well, right now, we’re looking at quite a few politicians, celebrities, athletes, Whoopi Goldberg’s on the list. She called me a ‘murderer’ after I was acquitted by a jury of my peers. She went on to still say that.”
Goldberg recently got into a heated discussion with Texas Senator Ted Cruz where she said, “We may not like when Republicans win, but we don’t go and we don’t storm…”
Cruz responded saying, “Did I miss an entire year of Antifa riots where cities across this country were burning…?”
“I don’t know what an Antifa riot is,” Goldberg responded to which Cruz said “Really?”

Ted Cruz took a risk appearing on “The View,” but with this Whoopi Goldberg exchange he made it all worth it.
