YIKES! Hunter Biden Files Court Motion Saying He’s Too Broke to Pay Illegitimate Child Support Payments

On Monday, the now infamous son of President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, claimed in court that he is unable to make child support payments for his illegitimate daughter with stripper Lunden Roberts.

Hunter is recapturing headlines as he has asked an Arkansas judge to recalculate the child support payments he makes to Lunden Roberts. citing “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income.”

The exact quote from Biden’s lawyer Brent M. Langdon was, “Since the entry of the existing child support order, there has been a substantial material change in the Movant’s financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income, such that the prior child support calculation is not in compliance with Revised Administrative Order 10, 2020 Ark. 131, which became effective immediately on July 1, 2020.”

“This situation justifies and necessitates granting this motion for the Court to set child support pursuant to Revised Administrative Order 10 or at such other amount as the Court may determine is appropriate.”

“Wherefore, Movant, Hunter Biden, prays that citation and notice issue as required by law for Respondent to timely appear; to establish child support as requested herein; and for all other relief which this Court deems equitable and just,” the filing concludes.

Roberts’ attorney, Clint Lancaster, responded quickly with doubt that this is true and intrigued into searching through Hunter’s finances.

“Ultimately, this is going to require us to look deeply, more deeply, into Hunter’s finances,” Lancaster said. “I’m going to want to have a deposition with Mr. Biden. Like last time, I’m going to bring my forensic accountant to the deposition, unless the judge tells me I can’t.”

When Roberts filed a paternity suit in 2019, Hunter also argued then that he couldn’t make child support payments because he was broke from his divorce from his ex-wife Kathleen. Biden’s public finances throughout recent history have been a rollercoaster mystery.

A New York Times article after that 2019 paternity suit portrayed Biden as living in a $12,000-per-month Los Angeles rental with a swimming pool and a Porsche Panamera in the driveway.

Biden had a memoir published, titled “Beautiful Things,” mentioned the “robust compensation” he had received from a Ukrainian gas company, describing it as “a major enabler during my steepest skid into addiction.”
